In the
FactoryTalk Batch Services Properties
 dialog, use the
Advanced
 tab to configure
FactoryTalk® Batch
 Server extended properties.

Advanced tab settings

Extended properties are not available to configure in the user interface. Only configure them when directed to do so by
Rockwell Automation®
technical support.
Each property exists as a pair of strings,
Name
 and
Value
.
Extended properties
Setting
Description
Name
Shows the names of
FactoryTalk Batch
 Server extended properties. Each name must be unique, and meet the following requirements:
  • Maximum length of 64 characters
  • Begin with a letter
  • Contain only letters, numbers, and underscores
Value
Shows the values of
FactoryTalk Batch
 Server extended properties. This field has a maximum length of 1,024 characters.
