Meanings of the column headings on the Users tab

The following table shows the meanings of the column headings on the
Users
tab.
Headings
Descriptions
User name
Shows the user account name.
Full name
Shows the full name of a user account.
Status
Shows the user account statuses, including:
  • Normal
  • Locked
  • Disabled
  • Disabled and Locked
  • Deleted
  • Unavailable

Last logon time
Shows the date and time that the user account was last used to log in to the FactoryTalk system.
Note
: When adding Windows-linked users to the FactoryTalk Directory, it is necessary to close and reopen the FactoryTalk Administration Console before the user account information will be shown.
Last logon computer
Shows the computer from which the user last logged in to the FactoryTalk system
