Add parameter links

Parameter links are used to read or write the parameter values between a library object and linked library object. Parameter links display the direction of the flow of information.
To add parameter links
  1. In the decorator pane, click the
    Linked Libraries
     tab.
  2. Click the linked library in which to add the parameter links. The
    Add new parameter link
     button in the
    Parameter Links
     toolbar becomes active.
  3. In the
    Parameter Links
     pane, either:
    • Click the
      Add new parameter link
       button.
    • Right-click an empty row and click
      Add
      .
      The Parameters browser window opens.
  4. Select a parameter and click
    OK
    .
    The new parameter will appear in the
    Parameter Links
     pane.
