Create Energy Model
This chapter allows the users to add and configure various nodes (Region/Site/Area/Work Center/Work Unit) under the Enterprise.
The following image provides the basic idea of creating assets at different hierarchies:

NOTE:
To calculate energy, cost, and emissions data, meters must be configured at the site level and across all subordinate levels (such as Areas, Work Centers, and Work Units). FactoryTalk Energy Manager derives all energy, cost, and emissions metrics directly from configured meters; without meter data, calculations, roll-ups, and dashboards at those levels will not be available.
