Fault codes, reset bits, types, and descriptions

The table below lists information about the fault codes for the Multifunctional Access Box. Faults are cleared (unlatched or reset) when one of these reset bits is acknowledged:

2721	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Emergency stop discrepancy time error	Indicates the time between emergency stop Channel A and Channel B changing state exceeded the maximum allowable time (5 seconds).
2722	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Enabling switch discrepancy time error	Indicates the time between enabling switch Channel A and Channel B changing state exceeded the maximum allowable time (5 seconds).
2723	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Door position discrepancy time error	Indicates a discrepancy between both microprocessor channels of the device.
2724	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Bolt position discrepancy time error	Indicates a discrepancy between both microprocessor channels of the device.
2725	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Guard locking discrepancy time error	Indicates a discrepancy between both microprocessor channels of the device.
2731	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Emergency stop test pulse error	Indicates that no test pulses are being detected by the emergency stop monitoring circuit.
2732	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Enabling switch test pulse error	Indicates that no test pulses are being detected by the enabling switch monitoring circuit.
2733	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Door position test pulse error	Indicates that no test pulses are being detected by the guard door position monitoring circuit.
2734	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Bolt position test pulse error	Indicates that no test pulses are being detected by the bolt position monitoring circuit.
2735	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Guard locking test pulse error	Indicates that no test pulses are being detected by the guard lock monitoring circuit.
2736	GeneralFaultUnlatch	Mode selector switch test pulse error	Indicates failure of the mode selector switch. Check the signs of abuse and tampering. Turn the knob to change the switch position. Unlatch the fault by cycling output GeneralFaultUnlatch.
2741	None	Maximum service life diagnostic message	Indicates the device has reached the maximum mechanical lifetime (1,000,000 operations).
2742	None	Internal device error	Indicates an unrecoverable fault. The device may need to be replaced.
2743	LockSequenceFaultUnlatch	Signal sequence error	Indicates the device detected an unacceptable sequence of events (for example, guard locking is active while the guard door is in the open position).
2744	LockSequenceFaultUnlatch	Lock device error	Indicates the device detected activation of the escape release handle or the manual release.
2745	None	Transponder read error	Indicates an unrecoverable fault. The device may need to be replaced.
2750	None	Power supply or parameter assignment error	Indicates a problem with the power supply or a CIP safety parameter assignment.
