When the device is online, the
Channel 1 Diagnostics
dialog box shows real-time statistics for the Channel 1 DH485. This information is used for performance and error management.Parameter | Description |

Message Packets Transmit Count | Number of message packets sent. |
Message Packets Receive Count | Number of message packets received. |
Retry Count | Number of times the master attempts to transmit a command but fails due to a parity error, CRC error, or response timeout. |
Retry Limit Exceeded Count | Number of times the Retry Count was exceeded. |
NAK No Memory Transmit Count | Number of NAK no memory messages transmitted. |
NAK No Memory Receive Count | Number of NAK no memory messages received. |
Bad Message Receive Count | Number of bad messages received. |
Reset Diagnostics | Resets diagnostics for channel. |
