Ch0x - Analog Input
includes these parameters:
Parameter
Description
Disable Channel
Disables channel configuration. Cleared by default.
Select to disable channel configuration.
Disable channels to prevent erroneous fault reporting, such as No Load or Open Wire faults, and to prevent the FLT LED for that channel from illuminating.
Input Type
Specifies the channel input type.
Input Range
Specifies the channel input range.
HART Enable
Enables HART functionality, which creates aggregated HART connection for channels. Selected by default.
Clear to disable HART functionality on the channel.
Source Loop Current
Sets channels to Sourcing current. Selected by default.
Clear to set the channel to Sinking current.
Three Wire Sensor
Enabled if you select
Source Loop Current
.
Sets the user wiring to Three Wire Sensor. Cleared by default.
Select to set the channel user wiring to Three Wire Sensor.
Clear to set the channel user wiring to Two Wire Sensor.
Engineering Units
Specifies the unit for high and low engineering values.
High Signal
Sets the High Signal value, in signal units, used for scaling. Corresponds to the High Engineering value when scaled. Uses the scaling equation. More information: Scaling and the scaling equation.
Low Signal
Sets the Low Signal value, in signal units, used in scaling. Corresponds to the Low Engineering value when scaled. Uses the scaling equation. More information: Scaling and the scaling equation.
