Calibration Wizard parameters (input devices)

Parameter
Description
Channel
Indicates the channel to which the configuration applies.
Calibrate
Specifies the channels to calibrate.
This parameter is not available in Run mode and Remote Run mode.
Calibration Range
Indicates the calibration range.
Calibration Status
Indicates the status of the calibration per channel as the calibration occurs. Valid values include:
  • OK
  • Error
Calibrate channels in groups
Calibrate channels one at a time
Calibrates channels as a group or one at a time.
Low/High Reference
Indicates the calibration type.
  • Low Reference: Calibrates at a low calibration point.
  • High Reference: Calibrates at a high calibration point.
Depending upon the mode of calibration (low or high), you must attach the input source to the device. The device reads this value and performs calibration.
The low reference and high reference input sources are different for each type of device as shown in Low/High Reference values.
Status
Reveals the results of the calibration process as
OK
or
Error
.
Retry
Starts the calibration process over for the channels that did not calibrate successfully.
This parameter is available if the calibration process fails for one or more channels.
