Predictive Maintenance view

The Predictive Maintenance view displays predictive maintenance data for the contractors.
Predictive Maintenance data is only available when the device is online with the controller and when the identity data matches the configured project.
The options in this table describe the predictive maintenance parameters.

A display filter that displays predictive maintenance data according to the selected option:
  • Remaining life (default)
  • Elapsed life
  • Consumed life percentage
Type
This control shows the type of the device from Component Group:
  • Operations/Actuations
  • Operating Hours
Status
Values are:
  • Active: The status is active.
  • Maintenance required: Requires maintenance because the contactor is reaching the end of life.
  • Out of specification: The contactor has reached end of life and is not longer usable.
Remaining life/Elapsed life/Consumed life %
Depending on the selection in View as, displays:
  • Remaining life-Depending on the device, displays either the remaining operations or remaining hours of operation for the device.
  • Elapsed life-Depending on the device, displays either the number of operations so far, or the hours of operation at the time of display for the device.
  • Consumed life percentage-Displays the percentage of the device's life at the time of display.
Location
Identifies the location of the component within a product, device, or subsystem.
Catalog number
Displays the replacement catalog number for the component.
Reset
Resets the predictive maintenance data.
WARNING: This action cannot be undone and may affect all subsequent PM data.
Settings
Displays the predictive maintenance settings dialog box.
Refresh
Manually refreshes the predictive maintenance data when online with the device.

Refresh
Manually refreshes PM data in the view when online with the device. When the button is selected, the AOP reads PM data from the device by using the CIP explicit messages.
Reset
Resets the predictive maintenance data.
Settings
Displays the Predictive Maintenance Settings view.
