Predictive Maintenance settings

The Predictive Maintenance settings display options to set indicators and messages, and configures the alarm for the remaining life threshold percentage.

Predicted life
Displays the Maximum life and the Remaining life threshold.
Alarm
Displays the alarm notification settings selected by the user.
Remaining life threshold %
Sets the remaining life alarm threshold for as the percentage of Maximum life. Values allowed:
  • Custom percentage (see Custom percentage parameter below)
  • 5%
  • 10% (default)
  • 15%
  • 20%
  • 25%
  • 30%
  • 35%
  • 40%
  • 45%
  • 50%
TIP: Remaining life varies according to selected threshold values.
Remaining life threshold
Displays the "Remaining life threshold", calculated by the settings view in the actual operations.
Maximum life
Displays the "Maximum life".
Custom percentage
When a Custom percentage is selected, enter a value for the Remaining life threshold. Allowed values are from 0% to 100.000%, in .001% increments.
For example: When a 10% value is entered, the user may receive an alarm when 90% of useful product life is consumed.
Enable operations alarm
Enables an alarm if remaining life is below threshold. If not enabled, the alarm will not trigger even if the threshold limit is crossed. If disabled, it hides the other configuration settings for "Operations".
Enable operating hours alarm
Enables an alarm if remaining life is below threshold. If not enabled, alarm will not trigger even if the threshold limit is crossed. If disabled, hides the other configuration settings for "Operating hours".
Cancel
Window closes without saving changes.
