Process and Timeline
This year, we’ve renamed the process “Call for Speakers” (formerly “Call for Papers”) to better represent the diverse programming at the event. Additionally, we have streamlined the submission experience and refined session catalog priorities to give you better direction.
To submit your abstract, fill out the form based on your relationship to Rockwell (Customer, PartnerNetwork™ Company, or Employee) by April 30, 2024. Submissions must include all required information and speaker names to be considered for selection.
To ensure a smooth process, have the following ready before completing the form:
- Session Title (100 characters, including spaces)
- Session Abstract (500 characters, including spaces)
- Speaker Name, Title, Company, and Email Address
The Content Committee will review submissions carefully based on education, insight sharing, training value, relevancy of subject matter, and interest to industrial automation and digital transformation-seeking attendees.
Speakers will be notified in early June with an opportunity for a final review of information (title, abstract, speaker details, etc.) before sessions are finalized and built into the schedule.
