Anomalies Corrected in this Release

The list identifies the anomalies corrected in FactoryTalk Edge Gateway distibuted version 1.00.00 in relation to FactoryTalk Edge Gateway standalone version 1.03.00. Use the identification information provided in the anomaly heading to track the anomaly in future releases or for reference when receiving assistance from customer support with a related issue.

User should see AOP (Add-On Profiles) tags values in FactoryTalk Edge Gateway, but while using CIP driver, user see only tag names, and time stamps but value quality is 4. Workaround for this is to use FTLD driver instead of CIP.

After selecting ‘Store and forward' option some error occurs. Data is properly stored in local SQL lite, but it looks like there is something wrong with pushing it to Influx DB. The data should be pushed from buffer to InfluxDB based on Fetch Interval time (in this case every 10 seconds) or when the max store size is reached, but it does not happen. No data goes to Influx DB.

When port 44818 is occupied by other application Device Discovery data source stuck in Loading status. When port 44818 is occupied by other application broadcast can not be done. FTEG is trying populate and waits in “loading” state. Because of this next datasources which user tries to add waits in line (are queued) also in status “loading” until first datasource will be populated.

In Device Discovery profiles of drives PF523/525/753/755 CIP generic tags are missing."$extend": "family.cip.json" - missing fragment of code in each of these profiles.

You cannot add an application when data source is in the Loading state. Even if you try to add, you will get empty list of applications.

When we want to delete a data source, the deleting process takes too long (more than 20 seconds). The problem occurs only for data source from acd file and Logix Controller via Ethernet/IP.

While adding multiple data sources, if you encounter a situation where after adding a data source it will be in the Loading state, adding another one will not make it appear in the list.
