Use the Instructions view

The Instructions view displays an ordered list of control steps based on the selected filter. Enter parameter data, respond to prompts, and enter step verification information from the Instructions view. The Instructions view provides a list of control steps related to a particular location in your facility, such as the entire area, process cell, or unit. TIP: Configure the correct path to the instruction files in the
FactoryTalk Administration Console Explorer
. Right-click an application or area name to either add a server or edit an existing one. To add a server, select
Add New Server > FactoryTalk Batch Server
or right-click an existing server. To open the server's properties and access the instruction files, select
FactoryTalk Batch Services Properties

option. If you do not configure the correct path,
