Log tab

The
Log
tab displays everything that happened in
FactoryTalk Action Manager
. The following table explains the items on the
Log
tab and their meanings.
Item
Description
Refresh
Refreshes the log list.
Export
Exports the filtered log information to a CSV file.
Severity
Shows the severity of the log, including:
  • Error
    Indicates a problem that occurred.
  • Warning
    Indicates a condition that might cause a problem in the future.
  • Audit
    Indicates the project configuration was deployed and the configuration file was saved.
  • Information
    Indicates operations were performed in FactoryTalk Action Manager, such as running actions or updating wall-clock.
Tip:
 To define the desired level of logging, go to
Configuration
tab >
Workstations
>
Log Configuration
.
Message
Shows the description of the log.
Provider
Shows all related workstations, triggers, and tasks in this log.
Timestamp
Shows the server computer time that the log was generated.
