Diagnose a problem with a point

Use
Ptxx Diagnostics
 to view the diagnostics information for an individual point. Diagnostics is disabled when:
  • You are operating offline.
  • An Identity mismatch exists.
To diagnose a problem with a point
  1. On the tab for the device, select
    Points
    .
  2. In the
    Points
     view, in the
    Diagnostics
     column for the point, select .
  3. In
    Ptxx Diagnostics
    , view the diagnostics for the point.
