Preparing the Next Generation of Innovative Thinkers

Preparing Next Generation

Our competitive advantage is built by the innovative people who choose to share their time, talent and expertise through employment with Rockwell Automation. At the same time, we know that thousands of technical jobs — in many sectors — have gone unfilled due to the worldwide talent shortage.

We recognize that our future depends on the students of today. To help fill the workforce skills gap, we believe in Engineering our Future™ and Inspiring Young Minds™ for careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through selected academic programs.

The Rockwell Automation key STEM partners — Project Lead the Way, ST Math and FIRST® — help students foster a passion for science and technology while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition, these programs help build a global pipeline of potential candidates for our scholarship and internship programs. Such programs are critical for the future of Rockwell Automation as well as our partners, customers and communities.
