Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and Economics from the University of Victoria and completed his Executive Education at the University of Chicago.

Jonas has spent the past 15 years at Aagard serving as an Application Engineering Manager and earlier as a Senior Controls Engineer. He supports the sales organization by providing technical support, helping to develop customer solutions, and managing budgetary quotations. Jonas has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Physics from St. John’s University in Minnesota.

Steve Ramsey

In his role as Vice President of Engineering, Steve leads Gencor’s quality and HSE certification programs, development of next-gen process control systems, advanced technology integration into products and internal processes, and sustainability enabling solutions. Steve received a BChE degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MSE, Environmental Engineering from University of Central Florida.

Mehul Shah - Moderator

At LNS Research, Mehul advises industrial executives in their Operational Excellence and Industrial Transformation initiatives. He works closely with clients as they develop and refine the organizational culture, operational architecture, and processes necessary for true and beneficial Industrial Transformation. Mehul holds an engineering degree from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
