“You are so articulate.” "You should smile more." These everyday verbal and nonverbal slights or snubs, known as microaggressions, are typically not intended to cause harm or hurt feelings, but their impact often does just that. In this session, panelists will discuss examples of microaggressions, their impact, and how to address them in the workplace.
