¿Qué hace esta aplicación?

Utilizado para dar visibilidad del estado de servodrives Kinetix desde un panel de operador, sin necesidad de abrir Studio 5000. El controlador consolida los datos de cada eje en una estructura única (UDT) organizada en seis grupos: identidad, validez, operación, diagnóstico, variables y contexto compartido. FactoryTalk Optix lee únicamente esta UDT y lo presenta en tarjetas por eje. Un watchdog de heartbeat en Optix garantiza que, ante pérdida de comunicación o controlador detenido, el panel muestre un estado explícito «sin datos» en lugar de valores congelados.

Características Generales

 

Este desarrollo incluye lo siguiente:

  • UDT “UDT_HMI_Servo” y arreglo HMI_Servo[3] como contrato de datos HMI en Studio 5000
  • Rutinas en Texto Estructurado R03_HMI_Ident (textos de identidad) y R02_HMI_Map (mapeo cíclico de módulos y ejes)
  • Heartbeat del controlador (HMI_Heartbeat) para validación de comunicación
  • Proyecto FactoryTalk Optix con driver RA EtherNet/IP, capa Model y Runtime NetLogic ServoWatchdog (C#)
  • Tarjetas de estado por eje.

 

Ventajas

 

  • Desacopla la HMI del programa de movimiento: Optix solo lee el contrato, en modo Read Only
  • Estado de comunicación confiable: distingue drive desconectado, controlador en Program y pérdida de red
  • Estructura reutilizable: agregar un eje requiere un índice más en el arreglo y una tarjeta adicional

 

Limitaciones / Desventajas

 

  • Aplicación de visualización: no incluye comandos de movimiento ni escritura desde la HMI
  • Los códigos de falla y alarma se muestran como máscara hexadecimal; el texto detallado requiere una tabla de conversión adicional

Entender las rutinas de mapeo

En MainRoutine verifique la secuencia de ejecución: JSR R05_HMI_Ident y luego JSR R10_HMI_Map.

  • R03_HMI_Ident: copia los textos TXT_… al contrato con COP en el primer escaneo (S:FS) o al activar Ident_Reload.
  • R02_HMI_Map: incrementa el heartbeat cada 1 s; lee EntryStatus y FaultCode de cada módulo con GSV (Running = (EntryStatus AND 16#F000) = 16#4000); copia atributos de eje (CIPAxisState, DriveEnableStatus, ServoActionStatus, ActualPosition, ActualVelocity, CIPAxisFaults, CIPAxisAlarms) y el contexto del bus DC.

Paso 6
 

Descargar el programa al controlador

  • Configure la ruta de comunicación (FactoryTalk Linx).
  • Verifique el proyecto con Verify (Ctrl+K) — debe compilar sin errores.
  • Descargue el proyecto y ponga el controlador en modo Remote Run.
  • En Monitor Tags confirme: HMI_Heartbeat incrementa 1 por segundo, CommOK = 1 en los tres índices y los textos de identidad cargados.
     
Paso 7
 

Abrir el proyecto Optix y configurar el driver

  • Abra Servo_Status_HMI en FactoryTalk Optix Studio desde una ruta local (por ejemplo C:\Optix), no desde una carpeta sincronizada con OneDrive.
  • En CommDrivers → RA EtherNet/IP → estación PLC_ServoStatus, configure Route con la IP del puerto embebido del 1756-L902TS (por ejemplo 192.168.2.10). No agregue \Backplane\0.
