Our Integrated Condition Monitoring workshop is aimed at engineers who are new to vibration analysis. It is intended to give you the information you need to get up and running with your applications. A basic understanding of Allen-Bradley PLCs and electrical principles is preferred but not necessary.
At the end of this one day workshop, you will be able to:
09:30: Arrival and Introduction
10:00: Fundamentals of vibration, vibration measurement types and units of measurement, sensors, fundamentals of vibration analysis, fixed frequency spectrum and order based spectrum, Dynamix™ 1444 for integrated condition monitoring
12:45: Introduction to the Dynamix 1444 application guide; (Hands-on) how to use the application guide to set up the Dynamix from scratch for a common application and display the information using some basic PV graphics. (Hands-on) how to implement the Dynamix 1444 Accelerator toolkit using Add-On instruction and Faceplates
15:00: Questions and Answers
Our Technical Workshop series provides engineers with the opportunity to develop an understanding of our Logix control platform through hands-on exercises using PACs, Variable Speed Drives, Remote I/O, Motion Controllers, HMI, Safety, and Ethernet/IP products and the chance to convert from an SLC program to Logix.
Our workshops enable you to experience the benefits of using an Integrated Architecture® system. This system links a host of compatible devices that enable machine builders and end users to benefit from increased control system capability. Using a single control platform, CompactLogix™, a versatile controller and a suite of integrated products, you can now reduce development and commissioning time. The latest 5370 CompactLogix controllers are featured in these workshops.
Our one day workshops include:
