The Graduate Trainee Programme is an intensive, one year program involving 3 months of residential training at our EMEA Head Office in Brussels as well as placements and projects in the UK. Our Programme

As a Graduate Trainee Commercial Engineer or Graduate Trainee Account Manager you would be a technical evangelist for a specific group of products. Our Commercial Engineers and Account Managers act as product and technology experts in our sales organisation. You will propose technical application solutions and provide proof-of-concept; along with gathering information concerning the capabilities and application of company products and analysing and solving complex customer challenges. In addition, you will prepare product analysis to instruct both our own sales force and our customers in product capabilities; as well as preparing and presenting sales proposals.

What requirements do you need to qualify as an applicant:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Minimum 2:1 or Master’s degree  – Preferred
  • 6 - 12 months work experience excluding summer jobs/volunteering
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and travel in the EU
  • Available to start work in January 2018
