EMEA Graduate Programme

Looking for The Best in The Industry? So Are We!

With a keen focus on technology innovation, domain expertise, integrity and corporate responsibility, Rockwell Automation is committed to delivering the next generation of smart, connected manufacturing. As such, we are looking for people with the enthusiasm and determination to pursue a successful, long-term career in a company they are proud of.

If you share this desire, you’re the kind of person we want to work with.

Our Programme

Our Graduate Trainee Programme is spread over 12 months, combining three months of residential training at our EMEA Head Office in Brussels with placements and projects in the UK.

During your time in Brussels you will have the opportunity to gain a general induction from EMEA leaders, in conjunction with soft skills training and technical updates & education.

Our Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to match your background, skills and interests with an environment that will prepare you to become a leader of change. We will support your growth every step of the way – through mentoring, networking and interactions with leaders across the organisation and customers from around the region – creating a unique, individualised approach.

Whether you’re interested in software, industrial or mechanical engineering, we have what you’re looking for… and much, much more. This programme is the perfect way to kick off your career!

As we enter the fourth consecutive year of our regional graduate programme, we have seen it consistently help young professionals by providing an avenue to join a multinational company and experience a range of different career paths before being incorporated into the workforce. In return, it benefits Rockwell Automation EMEA by bringing age and gender diversity into our pre-sales and selling organisation. We are proud of the programme's success and look forward to welcoming the next class.

Susana Gonzalez, President Europe, Middle East & Africa
