Extended Warranty Promotion Terms
Stratix Industrial Managed Ethernet Switch products identified as Extended Warranty Eligible Products (hereinafter “Products”) shipped on or after July 1, 2018, by Rockwell Automation directly to end users or to authorized Allen-Bradley Distributors and authorized resellers with a promotional sticker on the product packaging box stating “Important Notice!” and registered to an end user location may be eligible for a 24-month warranty extension.
Rockwell Automation reserves the right to deny or revoke any extension of the Rockwell Automation standard product warranty, if it determines the Products were not purchased from an authorized Allen Bradley Distributor or authorized reseller, or if the end user location information is not disclosed during registration. This warranty extension promotion is applicable to Products covered by a standard Rockwell Automation warranty. Products already covered by extended warranty agreements are not eligible for further warranty extension under this promotion. Products with an expired standard Rockwell Automation warranty are ineligible for this promotion. Rockwell Automation reserves the right to modify the Products list and terms of this promotion at any time.

- How do I register a product using the QR code?
To scan a QR Code, open your phone’s native camera app or a third party QR Code scanner. Align the camera with the QR Code and follow the link.
- What if I cannot locate the QR code or barcode to scan?
If you do not have access to the QR Code or Barcode located on the product label, you can manually enter the Serial Number and Catalog Number using the provided input fields.
- Should I register to my Company or my Customer?
An end user customer should register the product to “My Company” in the app. A Value Added Reseller (i.e., OEMs, SIs, etc.) should register the product to “My Customer” in the app, assigning to their end user customer.
- Why I should register my product?
Successfully registering your product results in a 2 year extension on top of our standard 1 year manufacturer warranty.
- What products can I register?
Product registration is currently open to certain Stratix Managed Switches only. View list of extended warranty eligible products.
- When will my warranty be extended?
Typically within a month you will receive an email confirmation on the registration and extension. In some cases, it may take longer for us to verify the information submitted.
- Why was my registration and associated warranty extension rejected?
You may have entered incorrect product information at the time of registration, or your product may be ineligible for the promotion.
