MILWAUKEE, December 8, 2021 /3BL Media/ - Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) announced today new and expanded benefits that will provide eligible U.S. Rockwell employees the flexibility to provide care for family when it matters most.

Starting January 1, 2022, Rockwell will introduce a new Caregiver Leave policy that provides up to two weeks paid time off for eligible exempt and non-exempt employees to care for family members including children, spouses, and parents. The Caregiver Leave policy is in addition to paid time off for parental leave. Rockwell also expanded its parental leave benefit from four weeks to six weeks paid time off.

“It’s important that we help each other balance the demands presented by all aspects of our lives, including our work at Rockwell, our family lives, and what we do for our communities,” said Rockwell’s Becky House, senior vice president, Chief People and Legal Officer. “As a company we’re always evaluating how to further enhance our benefit offerings in ways that support the physical, financial, and mental well-being of our employees and making sure we are a place where all people can and want to do their best work.”
