Impact

A security issue exists within Historian SE, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to obtain a valid authentication token by exploiting a race condition in the login flow. The vulnerability stems from improper synchronization of shared resources during concurrent authentication requests. By continually sending login requests with invalid credentials while a legitimate user attempts to authenticate, an attacker can retrieve a valid session token.
