Closed Loop Optimization System for a Simulation and Machine Learning Hybrid Digital Twin – Battery Cell Manufacturing Use Case

Rockwell Automation will present an innovative approach to building hybrid digital twins by combining simulation and experimental results. This method significantly reduces both simulation time and the number of required experiments. By integrating physics simulation with sensor data, users can better predict behavior using hybrid analytics and prepare digital twin models for deployment as container apps on IoT platforms or for integration with other tools such as Python.
