Unshelve an alarm condition

Unshelving an alarm condition allows notification of new state changes to the condition. Unshelve individual alarm conditions from an Alarm Manager table. Alarm conditions are unshelved automatically when the default shelving duration configured for the controller expires.
To unshelve an alarm condition
  1. Open the
    Alarm Manager
    screen.
  2. Select the alarm.
    TIP:
    Using an external keyboard, press
    Tab
    to highlight the alarm list. Press the
    Up Arrow
    and
    Down Arrow
     to select the alarm in the list.
  3. At the bottom of the Alarm Manager table, select
    Details
    ViewRTAlarmSumDetailsbuttonV5. The
    Details
    pane appears at the bottom of a large Alarm Manager table or replaces a medium Alarm Manager table. Details appear for the last selected alarm.
  4. To the left of the
    Details
    pane, select the condition to unshelve, such as HIHI.
  5. On a large Alarm Manager table, select
    Unshelve
    unshelvev5 above the condition list on the left side of the
    Details
    pane. On a medium Alarm Manager table, select
    Unshelve
    unshelvev5 below the
    Details
    pane. Only the selected alarm condition is unshelved.
    The state of the condition is indicated in the
    Inhibit State row
     of the
    Details
    pane. It is also indicated in the
    Inhibit State
    column for the alarm in the Alarm Manager table.

    Using an external keyboard, tab to highlight a button on an alarm table and press
    Enter
