Select an alarm

Select alarms to perform an operation on one or more alarms. Select alarms to acknowledge, shelve, unshelve, disable, enable, or reset a latched alarm. Deselect alarms to not perform an operation on those alarms.
To select an alarm
  1. Open the
    Alarm Summary
     screen or the
    Alarm Manager
     screen.
  2. In the alarm table, select the up and down arrows in the scroll bar, or drag the thumb between the scroll arrows to view the next or previous alarm.
  3. Select alarms to highlight rows:

    • To deselect all alarms, select
      Deselect All

    • Select only one alarm at a time. Selecting multiple alarms or dragging to select multiple alarms is not allowed. Selecting an alarm and selecting another alarm selects only the last selected alarm. Selecting all alarms or a page of alarms deselects the previous selection and applies the new selection to the table.
    • If not all expected alarms show in an alarm table, in the
      Filter
      box at the bottom of the alarm table, select
      No Filter
      .
    • To select an alarm using an external keyboard, tab to highlight a button on an alarm table and press
      Enter
      .
