Alarm History table columns
Data fields in the
Alarm History
table appear in columns with descriptions of alarm information. The configuration in View Designer
determines the columns and the order of the columns. View Designer
enables adding, removing or rearranging the columns.Column | Description |

Alarm | The state of the alarm condition:

Inhibit | The value applied to an alarm that inhibits the alarm at some level. These states include:
If no icon appears for Inhibit State, the alarm is of good quality and is not disabled, suppressed, or shelved. |
Event Time | The time the alarm condition or sub-condition changed to the currently displayed state. |
Condition Name | A name that describes the alarm condition. Condition names vary by event category. For example:

Alarm Name | The name of the alarm. This name includes the controller name of the alarm and the tag name. It can also include the name of the program if the tag is defined at the program level. Depending on how it was configured, the Alarm Name can appear as ::ControllerName.TagName or ::ControllerName\ProgramName. For tag-based alarms, the alarm name can appear as ::ControllerName\ProgramName.TagName.@Alarms.AlarmName. If the tag is not located inside a program, this part is omitted and the Alarm Name appears as ::ControllerName.TagName.@Alarms.AlarmName. |
Message | The message assigned to the alarm in the alarm instruction or tag-based alarm configuration. |
State Change | The types of changes in the state of the alarm:

Tag 2 Value | The value of tag 2. |
Tag 3 Value | The value of tag 3. |
Tag 4 Value | The value of tag 4. |
