Add ports to open ports list

Add ports to the list of open ports to allow the HMI device to communicate with devices and web services that use specific ports. Add a maximum of 1000 ports.
TIP:
This function is not available for
View 5000 Server
. Use
Windows
 to configure ports.
To add ports to the list of open ports
  1. Select
    Tools > Security Administration
     and select the
    Ports
     tab.
  2. Select AddIcon
    Add ports to open
    . The focus automatically moves to the new list row.
  3. Enter a port number (1-65535) in the
    Port
     list.
  4. Select
    OK
    to save the changes and close the
    Security Administration
    window,
    or select AddIcon
    Add ports to open
     to continue adding ports.
