Copy a project event between projects

Copy a project event between
View Designer
 projects to ensure consistency.
Prerequisites
  • Open the source
    View Designer
     project containing the content to copy.
  • If the content is to be pasted into another project, for each project, start an instance of
    View Designer
     and open the target project. It is recommended to open no more than three instances of
    View Designer
     at one time.
To copy a project event between projects
  1. Copy the project event from the source folder to the target
    Project Events
     folder.
  2. If the target project contains a project event with the same name:
    • Click
      Replace
      to overwrite the existing file.
    • Click
      Keep both
       to rename the project event copied from the source folder
    • Click
      Cancel
      to not copy the the project event.
