Preview an image

Open a read-only version of the image to preview the image before adding it to a screen. Preview images exist in the
Assets > Images
 folder of the project.
To preview an image
  1. In the
    Project Explorer
    , expand the
    Assets > Images
     folder.
  2. Double-click the image. A tab opens with a read-only version of the image.
    TIP:
    Tips:
    • The property values for the file name, type, size, and the memory the image requires on the HMI device are read-only.
    • Right-clicking an image in the
      Assets > Images
       folder and selecting
      Open
       previews an image.
