Flip a graphic element
Flip a graphic element or Add-On Graphic to create a reverse image of the element.
To flip a graphic element:
- On the screen or in theGraphic Explorer, right-click the graphic element and selectFlip.
- Select one of the following options:
- Horizontal. Flips the graphic element along its horizontal axis.
- Vertical. Flips the graphic element along its vertical axis.TIP:Tips:
- Alternate methods to flip a graphic element:
- On theDrawingtoolbar, select theFlipdown arrow, and select an option.
- SelectArrange > Flip, and select an option.
- Flipping a graphic element that contains text does not flip the text.
- Flip rotated graphic elements. The new rotation angle displays in the Angle property for the graphic element.
- Flipping groups of graphic elements is supported. Flipping individual graphic elements within a group is not supported.
- When flipping a graphic element in the definition of an Add-On Graphic, the background of the Add-On Graphic may resize to fit the flipped graphic element.
- Flipping screens, popups, the definition of an Add-On Graphic, or theSystem Banneris not supported.
