Selected displays did not get published

If a web application that you published does not contain the expected displays, consider the following potential causes and remedies.

Publishing process incomplete

To publish a

FactoryTalk ViewPoint

application, you must complete the following steps:

Select a

FactoryTalk View

application

Select graphic displays

Publish graphic displays

Display not selected

On the Select Displays
screen, if the checkbox in the Web Enable
column is not selected, the display will not be published.

Verify the displays you wish to publish are selected before publishing.

Display deleted from application

If the display was deleted from the

FactoryTalk View

application, the display will not be published.

Verify the displays you wish to publish are in the

FactoryTalk View

application.

Publishing error or warning

A display or object may not be published if

FactoryTalk ViewPoint

generates an error or warning during the publishing process. All errors and warnings are shown on the publishing report.

To view the publishing report, on the Publish Displays
page, click View publishing report
.
