FactoryTalk ViewPoint Server Settings

How do I open the Server Settings page?
  1. Open
    FactoryTalk ViewPoint Administration
    .
  2. From the navigation bar, select
    Server Settings
    .
Use the
Server Settings
 page to:
  • View the number of connections that are in use.
  • Set up whether to show the status bar and header bar on the classic web client.
  • Set up the inactivity timeout to adjust how often a user must change displays or refresh a page.
  • Set up the back color of the header bar on the classic web client.
  • Set up how often the published web application is synchronized with its
    FactoryTalk View
     application counterpart.
  • Set up the maximum rate at which the tags on the displays will be updated.
  • Unload an application from the
    FactoryTalk ViewPoint
     server.
    TIP:
    After publishing displays,
    FactoryTalk ViewPoint
     services place the application in the running state even though there are no clients connected. To stop the application, click
    Unload application
     or publish another application.
