Sort alarms in alarm summary

Sort alarms in alarm summary to change the order in which alarms are shown. You can sort alarms by up to three alarm properties. By default,
FactoryTalk ViewPoint
 only sorts alarms by date and time with the most recent alarm shown first.
Refreshing the display resets it to the default sort options.
To sort an alarm summary
  1. In the alarm summary, select the
    Sort
     button to open the
    Sort
     window.

  2. From the
    Sort alarms by
     list, select an alarm property:
    • None
    • Ack
    • State
    • Date
    • Message
    • Priority
    • Group
  3. Select a sort order option for the selected alarm property.
    • Ascending
       - Show the alarm with the lowest value first.
    • Descending
       - Show the alarm with the highest value first.
  4. (optional) From the
    Then by
     lists, select alarm properties and sort orders for second and third level sorts.
  5. Click
    OK
    .
