Example: Incomplete time parameter

The following are valid examples of incomplete time parameters:
  • "17:00"
     means once a day at 5:00 p.m.
  • " :30 "
    means once an hour, on the half hour
  • " fri 17:"
     means 5:00 p.m. each Friday
