Showing alarm and event information

The FactoryTalk alarms and events feature supports server tag-based, Logix instruction-based, Logix tag-based, and third-party OPC UA alarm monitoring and allows multiple FactoryTalk products to use the same alarm and event information.
Information of monitored alarms can be displayed and interacted with in graphic displays at runtime using the alarm and event graphic objects.
The following table shows the alarm and event objects.
Graphic objects
Description
Alarm and Event Summary
Lets an operator acknowledge, disable, enable, suppress, filter, and sort alarms during runtime.
Alarm and Event Banner
Lets an operator monitor and respond to the most serious alarms requiring immediate attention.
Alarm Status Explorer
Lets an operator enable or disable alarms, suppress or unsuppress alarms, and view operator comments.
Alarm and Event Log Viewer
