Pen is missing from the trend chart

Problem
A configured pen does not show on the trend.
Possible solutions
On the
Pens
tab, make sure that:
  • The
    Visible
     option is
    On
    .
  • The pen line color is not the same color as the chart's background color specified on the Display tab.
  • The pen has a marker assigned, if the
    Data Point Connection
    option on the
    Display
     tab is set to
    Show Only Markers
    .
On the Y-Axis tab, check the chart range, as defined by the
Minimum / Maximum Value
 options. If the pen's data is all outside of the specified range, the pen's trend line draws at the top or bottom of the chart, where it might not be noticeable.
