  • The type of hardware you are using
  • The names of other
    Rockwell Automation
     products installed on the computer
  • The exact wording of any messages shown on the computer
  • A description of what happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred
  • A description of how you tried to solve the problem
To view the list of installed add-ons and updates
  1. In FactoryTalk View Studio, select
    Help > About FactoryTalk View Studio
    .
  2. To view the list of installed add-ons, click
    Add-Ons
    .
