Problems with logging in

At runtime, the operator uses the
Login
dialog box to log in to the system. If login is successful, the previous user is logged out and the operator is logged in.
Login is unsuccessful under these circumstances:
Graphic display change
  • If the graphic display changes remotely before the operator has pressed the
    Enter
    button in the
    Login
    dialog box, the dialog box closes and the user is not logged in. If the string pop-up keyboard is open when the display change occurs, both the keyboard and the dialog box close.
Unknown user or password
  • If the user name or password does not match the settings in the
    Runtime Security
    editor, the user is not logged in and a diagnostics message is logged.
