St_Access

Specifies who has access to the piloted control list selector's selected state. The options are:
  • Operator and Remote
     - both a user and a remote controller can select the state
  • Operator
     - only a user can select the state
  • Remote
     - only a controller can select the state
  • None
     - the state cannot be selected
