Legacy compatibility

Legacy applications using file path locations for CE4.1 terminals will continue to work on CE6.0 terminals.

The same source can be used to create MERuntime applications for either or both.

The platform file paths that reference

can still be used for unmodified or new legacy applications as well as a common reference for new applications for either or both.
