Set up print options for a Print Alarm Status button

At runtime, the operator presses a
Print Alarm Status
 button to print the status of a group of alarms in the application.
TIP:
  • You cannot print the alarm history and the alarm status at the same time.
  • You can print alarms in landscape mode with a line printer, but only one alarm is printed per page.
  • If you set up alarm messages in multiple languages, all messages, trigger labels and times are printed in the current application language.
To set up print options for a Print Alarm Status button
  1. In the
    Graphics Display
     editor, double-click the button to open its
    Properties
     dialog box.
  2. Click the
    Print
    tab.
  3. Specify these properties:
    • Column to print
    • Column heading
    • What type of alarms to print
