Options on the Print tab of the Print Alarm Status Button Properties dialog box

The following table shows the options on the
Print
tab of the
Print Alarm Status Button Properties
dialog box.
Options
Descriptions
Column
Select a column
By default, all the columns in the alarm status display are selected for printing. If you want to omit a column or columns from the print, select the column and clear the
Print
check box.
  • Trigger label.
    Prints the trigger label associated with the alarm
  • Trigger value.
    Prints the trigger value of the alarm
  • Alarm quantity.
    Prints the number of times the alarm has been triggered
  • Accumulated time.
    Prints the total time the alarm has been in alarm since the last reset
  • Alarm state.
    Prints the alarm status. At runtime, an asterisk (*) indicates the alarm is active. If the column is blank, the alarm is off.
  • Message.
    Prints the alarm message
Print
Check this box for each column that you want to print. Clear this box for each column that you do not want to print.
Width
Type the number of characters for the width of the selected column. This property applies only to the Trigger label and Trigger value columns.
Heading
Title
Type a title for the printed report, up to 80 characters long. The default title is Alarm Status.
Print type
All Alarms
Select to print the status of all the alarms set up in the
Alarm Setup
editor.
Active alarms
Select to print the status of only those alarms that are currently active.
Past alarms
Select to print the status of all the alarms that have been active since the alarm status was last reset.
