Create a time and date display

At runtime, the time and date display shows the current time and date, which the application obtains from the Windows operating system on the runtime computer.
TIP:
The display uses the language, time and date settings from the Regional (or Regional and Language) Options in the operating system.
If the operating system settings are different on your development and runtime systems, the runtime settings are used at runtime.
