Set up auto repeat for a Ramp button

If you set up auto repeat, when the operator presses and holds down the
Ramp
 button, repeated button presses are registered until the operator releases the button. For each button press, the application sends the new ramped value to the data source.
TIP:
If the
Ramp
 button is in auto repeat mode, the application ramps the value that was previously sent to the Value connection, rather than reading the connection from the data source and ramping the current connection value. This means that external changes to the Value connection are not recognized while the button is in auto repeat mode.
To set up auto repeat for the Ramp button
  1. In the
    Graphics Display
     editor, double-click the object to open its
    Properties
    dialog box.
  2. Click the
    Timing
    tab.
  3. Specify the auto repeat settings to use with the
    Ramp
     button.
