Check an object's different states
Use the
States
toolbar, or the Property Panel
to check that an object’s states have been configured correctly.To check an object’s states using the States toolbar
- Select the object or objects.
- From theViewmenu, selectToolbars >States.
- In theStatestoolbar, select the state to view from the list of states configured for the object.
- To view the next state, press theDown Arrowkey on your keyboard. To view the previous state, press theUp Arrowkey. To view the first state, press theHomekey. To see the last state, press theEndkey.TIP:If multiple objects are selected, the toolbar shows the states that are common to all the objects.
To check an object’s states using the Property Panel
- Select one or more objects.
- In theProperty Panel, click theStateproperty and then select the state to view.
- To view the next state quickly, double-click the row, or press theEnterkey on your keyboard.
