Log into the

 Product Compatibility and Download Center

Use the
Account
dialog box to log into the
Rockwell Automation
 Product Compatibility and Download Center (PCDC).
FactoryTalk
 Updater logs into the PCDC to download software updates for
Rockwell Automation
 software products.
Tip:
FactoryTalk
 Updater uses port 60128 for
PCDC Login
; keep this port free.
  1. On the main menu bar, select
    Account
     to open the
    Account
    dialog box.
  2. Under
    PCDC Login
    , select
    Go to login page
     to open a browser window to the PCDC login page.
  3. Enter your credentials. After you log in, your user name appears under
    PCDC Login
    .
  4. To log out of the PCDC, select
    Log out
    .
