Rename a user

Rename a user to change the name of the user in the project and in groups. You can rename one user at a time.
Rename a user from either the dashboard or
Project view
.
  1. Either:
    • In the main toolbar, select
      Open dashboard page
      , and then select
      Manage user and groups
      .
    • In
      Project view
      , expand
      Security
       and
      Users
      .
  2. Under
    Users
    , right-click the user to rename.
  3. Select
    Rename
     and enter a new name.
    NOTE: To rename a user from
    Project view
    , right-click the user, select
    Rename
    , and then enter the new name.
The user is renamed on the dashboard and in
Project view
.
